The CALCA PRO XLE orthotic blank is based on the CALCA PRO X and prioritizes the low positioned groove for the plantar fascia in its progression through the foot’s longitudinal arch in an otherwise identical structure and function. After further processing by qualified personnel the CALCA PRO XLE is therfore ideally suited to take care of acutely painful complaints due to overloading in the heel area. The moderate longitudinal arch support and the double layered yellow 3 mm Shock Absorber X PUR cushioning material reduce impact forces, that affect the heel with every step. The glass fiber composite shell can be optionally shaped due to its thermoplastic properties and can, therefore, be uniquely adapted to the user’s foot and requirements. Additionally, the CALCA PRO XLE can be supplemented by soft Carbosan foam met pads which support the transversal arch.
