How can I see prices and order items in the Perpedes Online Shop?

Only retailers have access to prices and ordering options in the Perpedes online shop. To do this, we ask you to register using the form provided in the shop. We will check your request as soon as possible. We will then send your individual access data to the e-mail address you provided during registration.

 


How can I change my password?

You can change your password yourself at any time in your individual Shop Account under "Personal Data and Addresses".

 


I have forgotten my password. How do I get a new one?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset and reassign it yourself at any time. Use one of these two options: 

  • click on "Forgotten password" at https://www.perpedes.com/login
  • or click on the icon with the person at the top of the main menu and click on "Forgotten password" in the following menu.

In both cases you will immediately receive an e-mail with a link to the e-mail address stored for your account. Click on the link and enter a new password. This will be saved immediately and can be used for a new login.

 

 


Where can I view my previous orders?

You can find these in your individual shop account under "Your orders".
Please note that only the orders you have placed via the Perpedes Online Shop are displayed in this area.

Tip: You can easily reorder products that you have already ordered. Click on the button "Order again" to add the item to your shopping cart.
